Known as Ferrell's Corner in the early thirties (that's the 1930's), the
little building was a bus stop for children going to school in San Luis
Obispo. The owners, the Ferrells, sold gas, some groceries, mlk, bread
and a few canned goods. It has undergone many changes and owners.
At the time it was called Paul's Corner, and another time it was Frogs.
It is now known as Sweet Springs Saloon - at the corner of 9th and Los Osos
Valley Road. |
